Announcing a new Meetup for The Modern Vespa Riders Meetup!

Meetup Description: Hello Everyone,
Okay, July's ride was very intimate so we decided to ride a different route, meaning that I still want to go on this Newburg run. Sooooo, I'm making it August's ride and hoping you all are as excited about it as I am.
To make it easy we just going to meet at Vespa of Portland this time, this will extend our ride time, but I'm sure you guys won't mind. The timeline is listed below.
So we will ride out to Newberg, where they have this great old fashined Ice Cream and Burger joint. We'll grab some grub and milkshakes to cool off and then back on the road. Please remember to bring some cash if you intend to eat lunch. This place is fantastic so I would advise all to do so.
So here's the timeline:
12pm - Meet at Vespa
-Be gased up and make sure tires have good pressure (helps with gas milage...ha ha)
12:30pm - Roll Out
2pm- Arrive at Jem 100 Ice Cream
3pm- Roll back home
4:30pm - End Ride at Vespa of Portland
-Vespa of Portland will be waiting for us with cold drinks and water (hopefully).
This is a pretty simple timeline. Our lunch destination is called:

**Everyone please remember that it will most likely be HOT, HOT, HOT, so bring some water and wear sunblock. It would probably be wise to wear sunglasses. This is a pretty laid back ride and I will really try to stay with the timeline, but I'm in no hurry so if it runs long...it runs long. During the ride top speed should be 45mph, if your scooter can't hit this speed comfortably maybe you can hitch on the back with someone.
I will not have a follow vehicle with us, so if anyone would like to volunteer to be the follow vehicle that would be nice. I hope all can make it and if not not no worries. This ride is on, rain or shine! Hopefully shine!
